How accounts and payments work

CoreNebula is an original Nebulix product, not a reseller login or a copy of another provider.
A free trial creates a new CoreNebula workspace and a new password used only for that workspace.
Subscription checkout is initiated by Nebulix and completed through Stripe-hosted checkout; CoreNebula does not store payment-card details.
Support is provided directly by Nebulix through the official contact channels published on this website.
