We process information you provide, including account details, company records, client/supplier records, workflow records, finance records, HR records, uploaded documents, support requests, and subscription information.

We may also process technical data such as IP address, browser/device details, session events, audit logs, and feature usage.

The public trial form asks for a company name, administrator name, work email, and a newly created CoreNebula password so we can provision and secure a new workspace. The password is for CoreNebula only; we never request a password from Google, Microsoft, a bank, a payment card, or another service.

Existing users sign in only with credentials created for their CoreNebula workspace. Subscription checkout is completed through our payment provider, and CoreNebula does not store payment-card details.

We use data to operate CoreNebula, authenticate users, keep company workspaces separated, calculate reports, provide support, maintain security, improve the product, and meet legal or compliance obligations.

CoreNebula is designed with secure authentication, workspace separation, audit logging, and server-side authorization for sensitive actions.

Customers should use strong passwords, appropriate role permissions, and careful document handling.

We may use trusted cloud, database, storage, payment, email, analytics, and support infrastructure providers to deliver the service. These providers are used only as needed for product operation and support.

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain audit history, comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. ERP and finance records may be retained longer because historical integrity matters.
